The Black Hills Astronomical Society January 2017 meeting will feature a presentation on the astronomical-related research that is currently being done, and what is planned for the future, at the Sanford Underground Research Facility. The presenter is Dr. Luke A. Corwin, PhD (Assistant Professor/Physics) from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology (SDSM&T). It will be held on Monday, Jan 16, 2017, at the Journey Museum, 7PM. It is free and open to the public.
